What you get

Two equal partners, one cohort.

Ezeseed (Prarabdh Ventures) is a startup investment bank and capital access firm. TheIdeaCart is its technology counterpart, from patents and R&D to grants and global technology sales. We run the cohort together as equals: one de-risks the technology, the other de-risks the fundraise.

TheIdeaCart

Prototyping & product building

Prototyping, simulations and hands-on product development, from first build to one that survives investor and grant technical diligence.

TheIdeaCart

R&D, proof of concept & validation

R&D support, proof of concept and product validation to de-risk the technical core of your venture before you fundraise on it.

TheIdeaCart

Patents, IPR & technology commercialisation

Patent strategy and filing, then selling or licensing your technology and patents to industry, in India and globally.

TheIdeaCart

Grants & global expansion

National and international grant expertise, global expansion support, and a worldwide network of scientists and technology partners.

Ezeseed

Grant & equity readiness

Fundability audits, financial modelling, and grant-fit mapping against national and international programs, with access to $4M+ in non-dilutive capital.

Ezeseed

Cap table & founder de-risking

Equity structuring, cap table management, and founder de-risking so your startup's foundations hold up under investor scrutiny.

Ezeseed

Investor network & global BD

Warm, thesis-matched access to investors and grant bodies, plus cross-border business development and partnership introductions, including a dedicated track for international incubators and businesses entering the Indian market.

Ezeseed

Round closing support

End-to-end support through due diligence, negotiation, and close, for both grant disbursement and equity rounds. We work on a success-fee model: we only win when you do.

Beyond the first cheque

  1. 01

    First capital

Grants or equity to get the venture funded

  2. 02

    Series rounds

Positioning and investor access for the next raises

  3. 03

    Acquisition

Buy-side and sell-side support when the time comes

  4. 04

    IPO advisory

Readiness and advisory for a public listing

“We are not a mentor marketplace. We do not hand out a list of advisors and call it support. We work directly, we track outcomes, and our success is tied to yours through a success-fee model. We only win when you do.”

How we evaluate

The same unsoftened analysis for every startup.

Regardless of sector or founder pedigree, every applicant gets the same nine-part review. Deck figures are checked, not trusted. Problems are named plainly, so you hear them from us before an investor finds them.

01

Snapshot verdict

Investor-ready or not, stated plainly.

02

Deck gap analysis

What is missing or weak in the document itself.

03

Market reality check

Market size verified independently, not taken from your slide.

04

Competitive position

Every "no competition" claim is checked and named.

05

Business model stress test

Unit economics and figures checked arithmetically, not trusted.

06

Risk register

Technical, regulatory, market and founder risks, ranked.

07

Funding route

Sequenced: non-dilutive first, then angels, then institutional.

08

Service engagement map

Exactly what Ezeseed and TheIdeaCart can do for your company.

09

Critical Questions

Up to 20 questions sized to your complexity, with go or no-go gates.

Readiness register

No investor introduction before you are ready.

Every cohort company is tiered on how ready it actually is. The tier decides the sequence, not how fast a founder wants to move. Investors who meet our founders know they have been through this.

A

Ready now

Introduced to matched investors and grant bodies.

B

Close

A short, specific list of items to resolve first.

C

Earlier stage

Foundational gaps to close before any introduction.

The infrastructure behind it

278

investors, filterable by sector, stage, ticket size and geography

39

service lines across both partners

15

grant schemes mapped and tracked

Startup pipeline partner: a-IDEA, ICAR-NAARM, under a signed MOU that feeds agritech startups into the cohort for review.

How it works

A rolling monthly cohort, not a fixed batch.

Applications are always open and reviewed on a rolling basis. We select 5 startups per category every month, so the engagement is built around what your business actually needs, not a curriculum shared with fifty other founders.

1
Always open

Rolling applications

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with 5 startups selected per category every month. A fully customised engagement, not a generic curriculum delivered to a batch.

2
On selection

Engagement built around your stage

Earlier-stage founders start on product pricing, go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and business model viability. Every founder gets investor readiness, fundraising strategy, cap table management, founder de-risking, and equity structuring.

3
Ongoing

Grant, investor & global BD access

National and international grants up to $4M, warm introductions matched to your sector, and global business development, including cross-border partnership introductions for founders working the India trade corridor.

4
Every quarter

Closed-room private pitch round

Five startups, one day, a room of investors pre-matched to each startup's category. No open audience, no general panels: a deal-first environment with only the investors actively deploying capital in your space.

Who it’s for

Seven sectors. One bar: hard technology.

Beyond startups

Not just for founders raising a round.

Scientists & independent researchers

Commercialisation support for research that's ready to leave the lab.

Founders seeking a co-founder or advisor

We match founders with the strategic advisor or co-founder their venture is missing.

Global incubators & businesses

A dedicated India trade corridor track: buying from India, selling into India, partnering with Indian startups, or raising from Indian investors.

Talk to us about G-BEST

To apply

Three things to start.

01

Your pitch deck

A rough one is fine. Finding the gaps before an investor does is our job.

02

Your current stage

Idea, pre-revenue, early revenue or growth.

03

Your funding ask

How much, and what kind of capital you think you need.

Questions founders ask

What does it cost?

You choose the services you need from our service sheet, and pricing is customised to that engagement. It is structured as a one-time engagement fee on signing, a monthly retainer for the working period, and success fees on grants and equity raised. We earn most when you raise, which is why we are strict about readiness.

Do I need a polished deck to apply?

No. A deck, your stage and your funding ask are enough to start. The more you share (financials, cap table, traction), the sharper our analysis gets.

Will you introduce me to investors straight away?

Only once your readiness assessment is complete and you are ready. We never make investor introductions ahead of it, however fast a founder wants to move. It protects your reputation with investors, and ours.

Do I have to raise money?

No. Our principle is that a startup should become profitable and scalable on its own terms, and raise only when the business genuinely needs it. Many founders start with non-dilutive grants.

Which startups qualify?

Founders building genuinely hard technology in biotech, deeptech, core science, cleantech and climate, agritech, sustainability, health and medtech, and adjacent fields. Foreign startups entering India can apply through G-BEST.

How quickly will I hear back?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and you get a confirmation email straight away. A sector specialist replies within a few business days.

Applications for the next cohort are open.

Tell us about your startup: sector, stage, and what you’re building. We’ll get back to you within a few business days.
